Rules for using ActivePark parking management software, checkout, support, and operational tools.
1. Software Access
ActivePark provides a web-based parking management system for airport parking operations, including ticket management, valet and self-park workflows, shuttle pick-up coordination, key hook tracking, cash desk handling, package checkout, and operational reporting.
2. Authorized Use
The software should be used only by authorized staff, owners, managers, or approved customers. Each user is responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for actions performed under their account.
3. Parking Operations
Reservations, valet dispatching, shuttle requests, ticket updates, refunds, and cash desk records depend on accurate information entered by the operator. ActivePark helps organize workflows but does not physically control lot capacity, vehicle movement, key custody, or on-site staff decisions.
4. Software Package Payments
Package prices shown on the website apply only to the selected ActivePark software plan at checkout. ActivePark does not sell physical parking spaces, valet handling, shuttle transportation, or on-site parking services through this website. Card payments are processed through PayPal sandbox or live PayPal services, depending on the configured environment. ActivePark does not store full card details.
5. Reports and Records
Cash reports, revenue reports, billing reports, ticket records, valet records, and lot activity summaries are generated from data entered into the system. Operators should review reports before using them for accounting or business decisions.
6. Service Availability
ActivePark may require maintenance, upgrades, or configuration changes from time to time. We aim to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed during hosting, network, payment provider, or maintenance interruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vehicles, keys, personal property, parking lot operations, and on-site customer handling remain the responsibility of the parking operator unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. ActivePark is a software tool and is not responsible for physical loss, damage, theft, or operational staff actions.
